Hey guys,
In this post, I want to share something very important – how you can turn your skills into income even as a student. I’ll also share my own story and dream of starting TripleETech one day.My Background – Learning Tech from Scratch
If you’ve been reading my blog, you know I started learning tech with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, and websites. At first, I was just doing projects for fun. But slowly I realized – these skills are actually useful for others too. Friends started asking me: -- “Can you fix my Wi-Fi?” -- “Can you build a website for me?” -- “Can you set up a server for our business?” That’s when I understood – you can earn from your skills, even as a student.3 Ways Students Can Earn from Tech Skills
Here are some real ways I’ve tried (or I’m still trying):1. Website Building for Small Businesses
Every shop, tuition center, and small business needs an online presence. You can create a simple website using: HTML, CSS, JS (if you know coding) Or platforms like WordPress (if you don’t want to code) Even a basic website can earn you ₹3000–₹10,000 per client.2. Tech Support & Networking
If you know how to: -> Set up Wi-Fi routers -> Fix computers -> Install software …then you can help neighbors, relatives, and small offices. This may sound small, but even ₹500–₹1000 per job adds up.3. Electronics & IoT Projects
If you’re into electronics like me, you can build custom solutions: -> Home automation -> Security systems -> Raspberry Pi file servers These projects can turn into paid gigs if you share them online.🔗 Related: My Electronics Journey– Arduino, Raspberry Pi & ESP32 Experiments I explained how I learned all these hardware skills step by step in that blog.
My Dream: TripleETech
One day, I want to build my own company TripleETech. It will bring together all the skills I’m learning now: 1. Websites 2. IT solutions 3. Electronics 4. Cybersecurity 5. Digital marketing But for now, I’m focusing on learning more, helping people, and building small income streams. How You Can Start (Step-by-Step)
Here’s a simple plan I followed: => Pick 1–2 skills you enjoy (websites, electronics, coding, etc.). => Do free practice projects for friends/family first. => Create a small portfolio (even a basic one-page site). => Start charging small amounts for real work. => Use the income to learn and grow further. Pick skills → Do free projects → Make a portfolio → Charge small amounts → Grow big!
